Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Brains.

2. Beta Service

Brains is in public beta. Features may change or be removed without notice. We provide the service "as-is" with no uptime guarantee during this period.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Brains. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

4. Third-Party AI Services

Brains connects to external AI providers (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT). Use of those services is subject to their own terms. You are responsible for any costs incurred on your third-party AI accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Brains to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or conduct automated attacks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content

6. Data & Privacy

We collect only the data needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Conversation data passed to third-party AI providers is governed by those providers' privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brains and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
